1. What we provide

GetIrishCompany is software that helps you prepare documents for opening an Irish company. We are not a law firm, not a Trust and Corporate Service Provider, and we do not submit filings to the CRO on your behalf (unless you purchase the Concierge plan, where a partner handles submission).

2. Not legal advice

Templates, checklists, guides and recommendations are general information, not legal or tax advice. For your specific situation, consult an Irish-qualified solicitor or accountant.

3. Accuracy of your inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — director names, addresses, shareholdings, company name, registered office. We are not liable for CRO rejections caused by incorrect inputs.

4. Refunds

Starter, Business and Premium plans are refundable within 14 days if you have not yet downloaded the PDF pack, in line with EU consumer law on digital content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use GetIrishCompany to prepare documents for fraudulent, sanctioned, or money-laundering purposes. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if we suspect misuse.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
